Contact PrintSheetLab by email

Write to the inbox that fits your message and we will reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.

What to include in your message

A few details help us answer quickly:

  • The address of the page you are writing about, for example printsheetlab.com/games/.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Your device and browser if something does not work, and whether you were logged in.
  • For a worksheet request: the age or grade, the topic and the paper size you use (US Letter or A4).

If a worksheet, answer key or guide contains an error, tell us the page and the question number and we will correct it and update the page. If you believe something on PrintSheetLab copies your work, email info@printsheetlab.com with the page address, a description of your work and your contact details, and we will review it promptly.

Before you write

  • Printing tips: for true-size rulers and grids, print at 100% or “actual size”, not “fit to page”.
  • Using our printables: see the printable license for what is allowed at home and in class.
  • Your data: you can delete your account yourself from My Sheets. See the privacy policy.

Common questions

How do I print a worksheet at the right size?

Choose US Letter or A4 in the maker to match your paper, then print at 100% or “actual size”. “Fit to page” scales the page and changes the size of rulers, grids and squares. Our graph paper sizes guide shows what happens when a page is scaled.

Where are my saved worksheets?

Log in and open My Sheets. Sheets you save, your maker settings and the games you hosted are listed there. Anything you printed without an account is not stored on our side.

Can I request a worksheet or a game?

Yes. Send the topic, the age or grade and any wording you need. We read every request, and requests that many people ask for are the ones we build first. Browse the games, party games and guides to see what already exists.

Can I use your printables in my classroom or on my own website?

You can print them for home and classroom use. You may not republish or sell them. The printable license lists exactly what is allowed.

How do I delete my account or unsubscribe?

Open My Sheets, choose Account, then Delete my account. To stop newsletter emails, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Both are explained in the privacy policy.
