PrintSheetLab is a free website of printable worksheets, puzzles and printable pages for parents, teachers and anyone who likes to plan on paper. Many pages are makers: you change the words, size or difficulty, see the page update, and print it.
About PrintSheetLab and who it is for
The site is written for adults: parents, caregivers, teachers and tutors who print pages for children, and adults who print planners and paper for themselves. Children can of course use the printed pages.
Who runs PrintSheetLab
PrintSheetLab is created and maintained by Vicky. Worksheets, answer keys and calculators are checked before they are published, and mistakes can be reported at support@printsheetlab.com.
How the printables are made
- Every worksheet, puzzle and page layout is designed for this site. Nothing is copied from other websites or publishers.
- Makers run in your web browser. The page is drawn on your device, so the words you type are not uploaded to build it.
- Layouts are drawn for US Letter and A4 separately, rather than one size squeezed to fit the other.
- Puzzle makers generate an answer key from the same puzzle, so the key always matches the sheet.
What is free
Everything on the site is free to use and print, with no watermark. You do not need an account to make, download or print anything. A free account is optional: it lets you keep the sheets you make in My Sheets so you can find them again. You can delete your account yourself at any time. See the printable license for how you can use what you print.
What you will find on PrintSheetLab
- Learning games: short online games for math facts, times tables, spelling, sight words and puzzles. They run in the browser with no sign-up.
- Party games: bingo and tambola tickets, themed picture tambola sets for kitty parties, weddings and festivals, and a live game that guests join on their own phones.
- Printable paper: graph, lined, dot grid, isometric and specialty paper in the exact sizes you choose.
- Calendars and planners: yearly and monthly calendars with holidays, and planners you can print.
- Puzzles and worksheet makers: word searches, sudoku, mazes and math worksheet generators with answer keys.
- Guides: long explanations of how to teach a skill or run a game, such as how to teach a child to tell time and how to play tambola.
How we check what we publish
We want a parent or teacher to be able to trust a page without double-checking it. These are the habits behind the site:
- Answer keys come from the same data as the sheet. A maker builds the puzzle and the answers together, so they cannot drift apart.
- Numbers are calculated, not guessed. The counts, odds and timings in our guides, such as how long a bingo game lasts or how many squares fit on a page, are computed with scripts or simulations, and the method is described on the page.
- Facts link to sources. When a page makes a claim about a curriculum, a holiday date or a safety recommendation, we link to the standard, government page or reference that backs it up.
- Age guidance is a guide. Grade and age labels follow published curriculum documents, but children differ, and we say so on the page.
- Regional differences are named. We write in US English, and where a topic differs by country, for example UK and Indian bingo calls, we label it.
Corrections and updates
Mistakes happen. If you find one, email support@printsheetlab.com with the page address. We correct the page, and for pages with dates, such as holiday lists and calendars, we update them when the facts change.
How the site is funded
PrintSheetLab is free to use. Printables and PDFs contain no ads and no watermark. The privacy policy and cookie policy explain how analytics cookies work and how to turn them off.
Accessibility and privacy
We aim to make the site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader and large text, and we describe what works and what does not on the accessibility page. You can use everything without an account, and the terms of use set out the rules for using the site.
