Starbucks Holiday Drinks: Menu, Calories and Lighter Orders
Starbucks holiday drinks return in early November: the 2025 menu launched on November 6 with the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai. Starbucks has not announced the 2026 date yet, and the holiday drinks are not on the menu data we checked on October 14, 2026. This guide shows the official lineup, realistic calorie ranges built from official numbers, and lighter ways to order.
Status, October 14, 2026: official 2026 holiday nutrition is not published. Calories below are estimates from official base drinks plus syrup pumps, and this page will be updated with Starbucks figures when the menu launches.
What is on the Starbucks holiday menu?

When do Starbucks holiday drinks start?
In 2025 the festive cups were revealed on November 5 and the holiday drinks and food launched on November 6. Red Cup Day, when a handcrafted holiday drink comes with a reusable red cup, was November 13. Starbucks has not published 2026 dates for the holiday menu in the sources we checked. Based on last year, expect an announcement in the first week of November, with the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte arriving a little later.
Starbucks holiday menu calories: what to expect
Official Starbucks holiday menu calories appear on launch day, so these are ballpark figures. Each row starts from an official Grande drink and adds peppermint or sugar cookie syrup at 20 calories and about 4.7 g of sugar per pump, the value we use for flavored syrups in the Starbucks calorie calculator. Most Grande lattes use four pumps, so the high end is the likely one.

Starbucks Peppermint Mocha calories
A Grande hot Caffè Mocha is 370 calories with whipped cream, so Peppermint Mocha calories, with peppermint syrup added to the mocha sauce, should land between about 410 and 450 calories. The iced version runs a little lower, at 390 to 430. Check the official number on launch day, because the real recipe may use fewer mocha pumps than the base mocha.
Caramel Brulée, Gingerbread Chai and Eggnog
We do not give a number for these three. Caramel brulée sauce, gingerbread cold foam and eggnog are not in the Starbucks data we hold, and a guess would mislead. For scale, a plain Grande Caffè Latte is 190 calories and an Iced Chai Latte is 190 calories, and the sauce, whipped cream and cold foam on top of them add more.

What changes the calories in a holiday drink?
Syrup pumps: most Starbucks holiday drinks use them, at about 20 calories and 4.7 g of sugar each, and a Grande usually gets four. See Starbucks cup sizes for pumps per size.
Whipped cream and toppings: holiday drinks come with whipped cream by default, so skipping it is the biggest single saving.
Milk: 2% is standard. Starbucks says non-dairy milks cost nothing extra on holiday drinks.
Size: a Venti has more pumps and more milk than a Grande.
Holiday treats: what we can say now
Starbucks named five seasonal bakery items for 2025: the Snowman Cookie, Polar Bear Cake Pop, Cranberry Bliss Bar, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish and the Cinnamon Pull-Apart. Only one is in the current menu data, because Starbucks keeps it year-round.
Starbucks listed the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Breve and Iced Gingerbread Chai for 2025, with the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte returning later.
How many calories are in a Peppermint Mocha?
Starbucks publishes the official number at launch. A Grande should be about 410 to 450 calories with whipped cream, based on the Caffè Mocha plus peppermint syrup.
When does the Starbucks holiday menu come out?
The 2025 menu came out on November 6, with cups revealed on November 5. The 2026 date has not been announced in the sources we checked.
Can I get holiday drinks with non-dairy milk?
Yes. Starbucks says all holiday beverages can be made with non-dairy milk at no additional charge. Caramel Brulée Cream Cold Foam is not available as a non-dairy foam.
How much protein can I add to a holiday drink?
Starbucks says protein-boosted 2% milk adds 12 to 16 grams of protein to a hot or iced grande, and holiday cold foams can be made with protein for about 15 extra grams.
