Custom Worksheet Maker

Design a printable from a blank page. Type your own numbers, words or questions, choose boxes, a question list or a table, then add a frame, heading and logo. Everything is drawn in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and there is nothing to sign up for.

How to make your own custom worksheet

  1. Pick a layout. Boxes make number cards, skip counting grids, word cards and missing number puzzles. A list makes numbered questions with answer lines. A table makes charts, schedules and trackers.
  2. Add your content. Type one item per line, or paste rows from a spreadsheet into the table. For boxes you can also count from any number to any number by any step, such as 5 to 100 by 5.
  3. Make it yours. Choose box shapes, colors, fonts, text size, portrait or landscape, and Letter or A4 paper.
  4. Open the Design panel. Add a frame, a color banner heading such as a class name, your own logo, a watermark and a custom footer.
  5. Print or download. The PDF matches the preview exactly.

Ideas for your own sheets

  • Skip counting: count from 3 to 60 by 3 and leave every 4th box empty for children to fill in.
  • Vocabulary and sight word cards: type the words, choose dashed cut-out cards and print.
  • Homework questions: write your own questions and choose two answer lines under each.
  • Chore charts and weekly plans: make a table with a shaded heading row and wide first column.
  • Bingo-style boards and classroom labels: use boxes with your own words, one per square.

Frequently asked questions

4 quick answers

Can I use my own numbers?

Yes. Type any numbers you like, or let the maker count for you with a start, an end and a step. You can leave boxes empty so children fill in the missing numbers.

Can I add my own logo or class name?

Yes. Open the Design panel for a heading banner, your logo or picture, a watermark, a frame and a footer line. Your logo stays in your browser.

Can I paste from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Choose Table and paste your rows. Columns separated by tabs, commas or the | sign all work.

Is it free?

Yes. Every sheet you make is free to print for home and classroom use, with no sign-up.
