The Starbucks calorie calculator covers 217 drinks and foods from the current Starbucks menu. Pick an item, choose a size, then change the milk, syrup pumps, whipped cream, cold foam and espresso shots and watch the cup, the calories, sugar, fat, protein and caffeine update. The standard recipe shows the figures Starbucks publishes, and every customization is labeled as an estimate.
Quick answer: Search for your drink, choose Tall, Grande or Venti, then adjust milk, pumps and toppings. A Grande Caffè Latte has 190 calories with 2% milk, while a Grande Caramel Frappuccino has 380 calories and a Grande Cold Brew has 5 calories. Press Add to my day to keep a running total against your calorie goal.

How to use the Starbucks calorie calculator
- Type a drink or food in the search box, or tap a category such as Coffee, Refreshers or Frappuccino.
- Choose the size. Each size is its own set of Starbucks numbers, so a Venti is not simply a Tall with more ice.
- Open Milk, Syrup pumps or Whipped cream and change what you really order. Fewer pumps, a different milk or no whip changes the estimate straight away.
- Read the calorie ring, the fat, carb and protein donut, sugar in teaspoon cubes, caffeine against the FDA 400 mg guide and the Make it lighter swaps that save the most.
- Press Add to my day to log it, Compare to line up to four versions, Save to keep the order, or Print and Share to take it with you.
The Starbucks nutrition calculator opens from the button above on its own full screen, so it has room on a phone as well as on a desktop. Your day log, saved orders and goal stay in this browser only.

Compare drinks and keep a day log
Press Compare on up to four versions of an order to see calories, sugar, protein and caffeine as side-by-side bars, for example a Frappuccino against a cold brew and a Pink Drink. Press Add to my day to build a running total against your own calorie goal, which you can estimate from age, height, weight and activity inside the Starbucks calorie calculator.

Print, save and share your Starbucks order
Every order in the Starbucks calorie calculator has a US-style nutrition facts label you can print, a picture card you can download for a story or a message, and share buttons for WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Pinterest and email. The share link opens the calculator with your size, milk, pumps and extras already filled in, so a friend sees exactly your order. Press Save to keep favorite orders in this browser and open them again in one tap.
What the Starbucks drink calculator can customize
| Option | What changes | Where the number comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Size | Short, Tall, Grande, Venti or Trenta where the drink has it | Starbucks publishes full nutrition for each size |
| Milk | 2%, nonfat, whole, almondmilk, coconutmilk, oatmilk or soymilk | Starbucks calculator values for a latte at each size, scaled to how much milk the drink has |
| Syrup pumps | Fewer or more pumps of the flavor in your drink, or add a flavor | Starbucks calculator values for vanilla, classic, brown sugar and sugar-free vanilla; other syrups use the vanilla value |
| Whipped cream | None, light, regular or extra | Starbucks calculator values by size |
| Extra shots | Up to 6 extra espresso shots, with caffeine | One shot is 5 calories and 75 mg of caffeine on the Starbucks espresso listing |
| Filters and sort | Under 100 calories, caffeine-free, 15 g protein or more, no milk allergen, under 10 g sugar | Computed from the standard recipe at the default size |
Sauce flavors such as mocha, pumpkin and white chocolate show their standard pumps without a slider, because Starbucks does not publish a per-pump value for them.

Black coffee, cold brew and unsweetened tea stay near zero. The calories in a coffee shop order mostly come from milk, syrup and toppings, which is why those are the options the calculator lets you change.
Starbucks Frappuccino calories
Blended drinks carry the most sugar on the menu because the base, the syrup and the whipped cream all add it. These are the standard recipes, lowest calories first, with sugar and caffeine for a Grande.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|

Ask for no whipped cream or fewer pumps in the Starbucks nutrition calculator to see how far a Frappuccino drops.
Starbucks Refreshers calories
Refreshers are fruit and juice based, so most of their sugar is fruit sugar, and the caffeine comes from green coffee extract. Lowest calories first, Grande figures for sugar and caffeine.

What one syrup pump adds
A Grande hot latte comes with several pumps, so asking for half the pumps is one of the easiest ways to cut calories and sugar. One pump:
| One pump of | Calories | Sugar (g) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vanilla or classic syrup | 20 | 4.7 | Starbucks calculator |
| Brown sugar syrup | 25 | 6 | Starbucks calculator |
| Sugar-free vanilla syrup | 0 | 0 | Starbucks calculator |
| Caramel, hazelnut, cinnamon dolce and other flavored syrups | 20 | 4.7 | Estimate: treated like vanilla |
How long it takes to burn off a Starbucks drink
The Starbucks nutrition calculator turns the calories of your order into minutes of walking, running and cycling. The table uses a 70 kg (154 lb) adult and the MET values in the Compendium of Physical Activities: 4.3 for walking at 3.5 mph, 9.8 for running at 6 mph and 8.0 for cycling at 12 to 14 mph. Enter your own weight in the tool, because the minutes scale with body weight.
| Drink | Calories | Walking (min) | Running (min) | Cycling (min) |

Sugar and caffeine: how to read the numbers
The sugar figure is total sugars, which includes the natural sugar in milk, so a plain latte already shows some. The FDA Daily Value for added sugars is 50 grams a day, and the calculator draws that line next to your drink. For caffeine, the FDA has cited 400 milligrams a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults, and recommends that people who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding talk to a health care provider.
Starbucks nutrition calculator accuracy and sources
The standard-recipe values for every item and size are the nutrition figures Starbucks shows for its US menu on starbucks.com, collected in 2026-10-14. Menus and recipes change with seasons, so check the current number in the app or on starbucks.com when it matters, for example for an allergy. Customized values are estimates built from the Starbucks calculator.
We checked the milk method against the numbers Starbucks itself calculates for a cappuccino and a caramel macchiato at four sizes, and the estimates landed within about 10 calories for most swaps. The cup you are handed can differ by a few calories. Prices are not shown because they vary by store. PrintSheetLab is not affiliated with Starbucks.
Starbucks nutrition calculator questions
How many calories are in a Starbucks Grande latte?
A hot Grande Caffè Latte with 2% milk has 190 calories in the standard recipe. Switching to almondmilk or nonfat milk lowers it, and flavored syrups raise it by about 20 calories a pump.
Is this Starbucks nutrition calculator accurate?
The standard recipe figures are the ones Starbucks publishes. Anything you customize is an estimate from per-ingredient values, so treat it as close, not exact.
Does the calculator include food?
Yes. It covers 33 food items such as sandwiches, bakery and snacks, with Starbucks nutrition and allergen information, and the same day log.
Can I count calories for a custom order?
Yes. Change the milk, pumps, whipped cream, cold foam and shots on the drink you pick, then add it to your day. The page shows a What changed line with each adjustment.
Why is a Venti not just a bigger Grande?
Each size has its own recipe. A hot Venti has more milk and more pumps, and an iced Venti is 24 fl oz with ice, so calories do not scale in a straight line.
Can I print or share my Starbucks order?
Yes. Press Print for a nutrition facts label of your build, Download image for a share card, or use the WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Pinterest and email buttons. The link restores your size, milk and extras.
Do you store my orders?
No. Your day log, saved orders, compare list and calorie goal stay in this browser on your device.
